Ningbo Fenghua Xingye Seal Factory is located at No. 278 Kaiyuan Road, Economic Development Zone, Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. The factory covers an area of 4800 square meters and has a building area of 3600 square meters. It is a member enterprise of the Standardization Technical Committee for Mechanical Seals in China's Machinery Industry, participating in the drafting and formulation of industry standards for mechanical seals in China. It currently has 83 employees, including more than 20 professional and technical personnel. Enterprise bank credit rating "AAA" and tax credit rating "A". The total assets are 132.78 million RMB, with 186 sets of general and specialized mechanical equipment including large vacuum reaction sintering furnaces, various lathes, grinders, milling machines, CNC machine tools, electric discharge cutting machines, drilling machines, sawing machines, presses, grinders, mixers, sandblasting machines, heat treatment furnaces, etc., possessing comprehensive manufacturing and processing capabilities. The main products include mechanical seal assemblies for various types of water pumps, reaction vessels, centrifuges, filters, mixers, freezers and other rotating shaft equipment with symbols ISO3069 international standard, GB6556 Chinese standard, DIN24960 German standard, API682 American Petroleum Institute standard, as well as friction pair materials for mechanical seals such as silicon carbide (SiC), hard alloy (WC), silicon nitride (Si3N4), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), carbon graphite (C • GPTM), and filled polytetrafluoroethylene (F4 • FILL). In recent years, our factory has been committed to developing various high parameter mechanical seals (such as dry gas seals), which have been recognized and praised by domestic and foreign customers.
In 2002, a joint venture was established with the American company AADI, investing 20 million RMB to establish the Sino US joint venture Ningbo Fulai Machinery Seal Co., Ltd. The production building, located at 278 Kaiyuan Road, Fenghua Economic Development Zone, with a land acquisition of 16000 square meters and a building area of 10800 square meters, has been put into production. In 2025, our company plans to invest 68 million RMB in a comprehensive building with a construction area of 25000 square meters.
